1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the fz778 platform and all its services. By visiting the fz778 website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on fz778:

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

fz778 only accepts transactions through the following designated mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your name.
• Depositing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are credited to the account immediately or within a short time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may vary if account verification or a security review is required.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
• fz778 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on fz778 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fz778 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside the general Terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000; or depositing ৳10,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and the total balance will be ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example — for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before it becomes withdrawable.

• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus expires.
• If a bonus is misused through multiple accounts or strategic betting, the account will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus terms are met, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The fz778 VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Advancing to higher levels is possible through continued active participation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming on fz778:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• fz778 reserves the right to cancel transactions completed due to a technical error.
• Results that have been announced may be changed due to a software error or incorrect information.
• Taking advantage by placing bets on the same event across different accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• fz778 may set a maximum bet limit on any market at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fz778 platform:

• Creating an account using false, incorrect or another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.

• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to access the platform using hacking, viruses or any malicious software.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or exploiting software vulnerabilities.

If evidence of such activities is found, fz778 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action.
